AC can cost you a pretty penny

As soon as I save enough cash, I moving as far away as I can from here. I have spent the last 35 years of my entire life working my way through sweaty summers with insufficient a/c. The only bit of respite I get from the heat is when I’m in select stores that spend money to keep their interiors so cold. It’s very expensive running a/c in a temperature where hot as well as cold temperatures are well over 100 degrees for multiple months out of the year. This is in section why our managers never spend the money to keep our office comfortably cool; I get extremely uncomfortable the entirety of our shift if it’s any month of the year besides January and a couple of days in early January. The heat bears down on our building as well as cooks the office from dawn till dusk. Any possible time that I am finally state of the art home after our shift, I’m greeted to an equally tepid apartment. Sadly, I don’t have the ability to afford to keep our up-to-date home as comfortably cool as I want. My energy fees are dominated by the electricity used to power our central cooling system. Lowering my electricity use throughout our home from a single appliance to the next did little to nothing to improve my current situation. I resigned myself to leaving our windows open as well as running a slew of box fans as well as ceiling fans. It at the actually least creates a strong air up-to-date so it no longer feels like a miserable type of heat. Although it’s not a big improvement, I makes the situation bearable given the onslaught of heat waves any time of the year. I often wonder what it would be love if I picked up all of the things that I owned as well as moved across the country, possibly some site up north. For now, it can only be a dream.
