Addition plus ductless heat pump are easily great together

My partner plus I struggled over just what to do about our living situation, and we’ve been in this venue for a dozen years; however, this condo was supposed to be a starter home plus we were then going to flip it in order to buy another home. That’s not really the way things have worked out thus far. I enjoy the fact that we have a great central a/c. The fact that our town continues to be revitalized is also awesome. It’s like we got here plus then the venue easily turned around. The more we have gotten into this community, the less we are inclined to move. At the same time, our condo is just too small; however, we have decided to add on more space. The idea is not so much to add value to the home in order to sell it. I know we are coming at this from the perspective of wanting to stay put in fact… But with that new space comes a bit of a puzzle when it comes to the heating plus cooling of our home, then like I said, we have central a/c in our condo plus the heating, ventilation as well as A/C unit isn’t even a dozen years old yet. But you can’t just run an extra air duct when you add onto a home. Each home has heating, ventilation as well as an A/C unit that has been sized to that particular air volume. So with this new space, we are going to go with a ductless heat pump. We know there will be another powder room plus shower in this space but we haven’t decided whether or not it’s going to be our family room. Regardless, having the new ductless heat pump in there allows us to have the heating plus cooling we’ll need in that new space.
