Addition plus ductless heat pump are good together

My loving husband plus I struggled over just what to do about our living situation, then we’ve been in this venue for a dozen years.

This whole apartment was supposed to be a starter apartment plus my good friend and I were then going to flip it in order to buy another home.

That’s not the way things have worked out thus far; I love the fact that my good friend and I have a good central air conditioner. The fact that our neighborhood continues to be revitalized is also awesome. It’s also like my good friend and I got here plus then the venue entirely turned around. The more we have gotten into this community, the less we’re inclined to move, however at the same time, our apartment is just too small, and so we have decided to add on more space. The true idea is not so much to add value to the apartment in order to sell it. I guess we’re coming at this from the perspective of wanting to stay put in fact, however but with that new space comes a bit of a puzzle when it comes to the heating plus cooling of our home, then like I said, my good friend and I have central air conditioner in our apartment plus the heating plus A/C unit is not even a dozen years aged yet. But you cannot just run extra HVAC duct when you add onto a home, and each apartment has heating plus A/C unit that has been sized to that certain air volume. So with this new space, we’re simply going to go with a ductless heat pump, then my friend and I know there will be another bathroom plus shower in this space but then my good friend and I haven’t decided whether or not it’s going to be our bedroom, but regardless, having the ductless heat pump in there allows us to have the heating plus cooling we’ll need in that new space.
