Last year was the only year I did not get a flu shot.
I got very ill with the flu for several days.
I lost weight, missed word, and felt awful. My sinuses were awful and I did not know if I would ever feel better. I ate soup and drank water for days, but nothing seemed to work. During the time I was ill, my husband was having a whole home air purifier installed. I did not want to have people in the house at this time, but if we would have had to reschedule, we would have to wait another 2 weeks. We had already waited a month for this appointment so we decided to keep it. The installation of the air purifier did not take very long. The following day, I felt a million times better! I do not know if it was actually the air purifier that made me feel better after days of being very ill, but I thought it might have something to do with it. The germs from my virus were not spread to my family with the help of the air purifier. I am happy that we decided to go ahead with the installation. The air quality in our home has been so much better since. I feel as though we are breathing in clean air with every breath. The air purifier helps to eliminate allergens in the home and has really helped my kids with their allergies. We sleep much better and wake up feeling refreshed. The air purifier has really changed our life for the better.
