There was a time a few years back when I let a friend, who was being evicted, into our home to live temporarily, but he was a great neighbor of mine back then and he helped myself and others through some difficult times, so I figured I would return the favor, however well, you don’t very get to feel somebody until you live with them it seems, then my neighbor turned out to be very difficult to live with. He wouldn’t do his own dishes, and he made immense messes in the house without cleaning up, the thing that bothered myself and others the most was that he would always adjust the thermostat to crazy levels so that the people I was with and I were wasting energy! Especially when I wasn’t home, he would go out places leaving the Heating plus A/C plan running without bothering to shut it off! I have yelled at him on several chances about him leaving the Heating plus A/C plan running! I would ask him what was the point of heating or cooling the house if nobody was there! He seemed to get it when I would say things care about that to him, but he still would always forget to shut off the Heating plus A/C plan or have the settings at minimal settings, like in the winter, the people I was with and I didn’t want the pipes to freeze so I would want the heating plan to be at 40 degrees or so when nobody was home. Well, eventually the people I was with and I got so sick of eachother, that he went on his way and I never wanted to have another roommate ever again. Both of us genuinely never talked to each other ever since that time.
