I bought a residence that was a bit out of our price range. In order to afford the mortgage, I needed to rent out a room in the residence! This has been disaster after disaster! My first roommate I had to kick out because she was nothing but a slob. The next person left in the middle of our agreement to go and get married. This new roommate brought a pet with her. I did not want any pets in our residence. She did not tell me she had a cat, it was just a total surprise. I needed the cash so I now have a pet that sheds in a variety of colors. The carpets, furniture plus even the air has a ton of hair in it. The worst thing is that our poor Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C machine is always clogged with nothing but hair. The air filter is made for catching dust, not insane amounts of pet fur. I used to change the a/c filter every month, but every multiple weeks I need to update it now. I also need to clean the inner workings of the heating plus air machine once a month due to the large amounts of hair. If I did not do this, the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C machine would have to work a great deal harder to get through the hair. It could overheat plus then shut down! Also, our air quality would be easily affected if I allowed the hair to stay in our HVAC machine. I am actively looking for someone new. I honestly can’t stand the girl plus her dumb cat… Our agreement did not come with a pet. So I won’t even feel bad in the least when I do kick her out of our residence.
