Our HVAC system has been giving us trouble for the past three years.
Each time we call to have it serviced the technician complains about having to fix the old thing and says that he doesn’t see why we don’t just get a new one.
Well, that would be a marvelous idea, except, he charges us so much for the service call and repairs that we can’t afford to buy a new one right now. I thought we were in a vicious cycle until one day when I was surfing online and found a local company that was offering some special deals. They were offering two years of free financing to anyone who upgraded their entire HVAC system. This could not have come at a better time and I never would have found it if not for a small ad that appeared on the side of my social media page. Normally I just ignore them but for some reason it was just kept the enough to attract my attention. I’m sure it didn’t hurt that I was sitting in a house with a very noisy heater running at the time I found the ad. I made arrangements for them to come out to the house and discuss our replacement options and why were they were there I complimented them on the advertisement I had seen. They said that as a smaller business they weren’t able to afford television commercials like the bigger guys but the online ad campaign has been very reasonable. They said that it was working too because their customer base had increased by nearly 10% since they started paying for the ad. They said that they had always provided reasonable service and deals by because they hadn’t advertised they weren’t Two Towns best kept secret.
