Check the Heating and Air Conditioning system after extreme weather events

I live in a region that sees its even-handed share of turbulent weather.

There are a number of high powered storms that tends to entirely rock our region.

And with those storms often comes high winds that can entirely shake a house. Those high winds can also cause significant disfigure as well. I do my best to prepare for these storms but there is also only so much a single can do. The Heating and Air Conditioning device is also quite vulnerable when these storms hit. Of course, the Heating and Air Conditioning chaletet that holds the compressor and condenser are the most vulnerable. However, I do have a hard plastic shell that I can fit over the Heating and Air Conditioning chaletet to protect it. This shell keeps limbs from trees and other debris that become projectiles from damaging the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. I generally wait until the storm is approaching before I put the shell over the Heating and Air Conditioning chaletet. The heating and cooling system needs to be off when that happens anyway. But the people I was with and I had a storm not too long ago that even shook the air duct. I was entirely surprised by this. After the storm, the Heating and Air Conditioning device was great because it was protected. Yet, there was shifts that caused separation between the air duct joints. So I called the Heating and Air Conditioning company to come out to do the air duct cleaning and air duct resealing. This was something that was long overdue anyway. I sort of killed several parakeets with a single stone on that a single. Once the people I was with and I had the air duct cleaning and air duct resealing done, the people I was with and I were in entirely great shape. It’s hard to recognize that storms can even effect the air duct in a home.
