I always knew there was some basic things that I can keep track of when it comes to Heating & A/C service! I guess about decreasing air filters correctly. I am easily fantastic at that. I have a sticky note on the fridge to remind me to change it every 30 afternoons. I can swear that my air is cleaner & easier to breathe as a result! I also keep track of my outdoor air condenser unit, every now & then it needs a fantastic hosing down & an inspection to make sure that the interior is not clogged up with dirt & debris; That’s something I can genuinely do on my own. I am ecstatic I have been taking notice, because there have indeed been times when there was gunk all up in there that needed a fantastic cleaning. I can’t imagine how much worse off I would be if I did not change out the air filters correctly nor did I clean out the air condenser. I knew I wouldn’t be able to complain about issues & costs, that has for sure! However, there’s something else I did not genuinely guess about at first, clogged drains can be a big problem. They can cause all sorts of issues with your Heating & A/C unit. It also turns out that clogged drains can be just as regular as dirty air filters, running some water & bleach into the drain line should be able to kill the mold & mildew that builds up & causes blockage in the first locale; However, if the drains are already clogged, just use a wet vac connected to the drain outside to clear it out!
