When every one of us first moved into our home, every one of us enjoyed the idea that every one of us had a basement that was heated and air conditioned. The people I was with and I enjoyed having the area for the kids to play in. When they got older, every one of us could send them to the basement send them to the basement, so every one of us didn’t have to hear their loud rock n roll. They had birthday parties downstairs, even though their birthdays were in the winter. Having heating downstairs made it much easier. My boys used to camp out in the basement while in the summer. They would have sleepovers since every one of us had air conditioner and they didn’t need to worry about bugs or wild pets. Now, my children are grown and out of the house. Neither my partner nor I ever use the basement. The people I was with and I have an occasional Christmas party, however it would be nice to be able to turn off the heating and air conditioner until every one of us are ready to use the basement. A couple weeks ago, I called the Heating plus A/C company to see what every one of us could do about the heating and air conditioner. They told us they could install Zone Control, just care about was in the rest of the house. The people I was with and I would be able to shut off the air vents and turn the temperature controls down low. Now every one of us don’t have to waste the energy for heating and air conditioner a space that isn’t used. It’s nice to suppose that if every one of us need the heating or air conditioner, it is going to be there. I’m ecstatic that I have the opening to have the Heating plus A/C running or not to have the Heating plus A/C running.
