Along with millions of other people in this country, all of us really had to get creative when it came to figuring out our finances during the pandemic. I toil from new home already so I really wasn’t all that affected. However, the bonus structure was taken away that first year of the pandemic. But it wasn’t my situation that made for all the financial stress. When my wifey was sent new home from the zone controlled Heating & A/C of her office, it was the last time she’d be there. The corporation ended up going under by November of 2020 in addition to that was about half of our income just gone. So all of us had to come up with a creative way of paying our bills or we’d be upgrading the Heating & A/C in this place in addition to selling it. There was only so much all of us could break from the budget. And then, there was only so much that my wifey could make from toiling inside the central air conditioner of new home with online gigs. That’s when all of us had the great idea to turn the basement into a great, a single study room apartment. All all of us had to do was put a little galley family room down there in addition to call the Heating & A/C corporation. They sent out an Heating & A/C serviceman who installed a ductless heat pump down there. This gave the new home some heating in addition to cooling. Not only that but it was independent of the Heating & A/C component for the rest of the house. And the ductless heat pump was so powerful in addition to yet so efficient. It turned out to be just a life saver as all of us can now cover almost all of the mortgage with the yearly rent.
