It’s just me.
I don’t have a wife plus teenagers but I am not opposed to all that.
For now, I’m more than nine years out of university plus it’s just me plus our ugly cat. However, I did just make a sizable leap as far as adulting is sad. I’m in social work so, I don’t make a fantastic deal of cash at this point. I have had to rent for the last decade plus the fact I was building zero equity was really getting on our nerves. However, the amount I needed for a down payment far outpaced our ability to save. I thought it might just be a bust plus I would spend our life in a poorly Heating, Ventilation and A/C controlled apartment. Then, a distant relative came to the rescue. A minute cousin found out about our housing predicament plus came up with an awesome solution. His uncle, which would be related to me in some way I was incapable of figuring out, was moving to a nursing home. His beach house would be available to me to buy at a particularly adequate price plus a tiny down payment. It was the perfect solution. The beach house was absolutely run down but it was structurally sound with a nice piece of property to boot. The Heating, Ventilation and A/C was so outdated it hardly worked at all. Instead of simply replacing the outdated central air unit, I went with a series of mini split ductless Heating, Ventilation and A/C units. It was perfect because I can heat or cool identifiable areas in the beach house individually. Plus, they are super efficient so I really won all the way around. I am so blessed to have this site!
