My area frequently gets hurricane warnings, typically they never honestly amount to anything, and when I put my company in a flood zone, I never honestly thought anything would happen to it.
Well jokes on me because after a single year of operation, my entire company was flooded with water… Debris also fell onto my roof, damaging it, i thought I was going to lose my business.
I had to buy a new roof, replace the flooring plus get all brand new wiring installed. I had a ductless heat pump for my space that was no longer functional. The freezing season was coming plus I had no heating option! Since I spent most of my money making replaces though, I couldn’t afford to purchase a single. Thankfully I found a supplier that does boiler plus chiller rentals. I got an emergency boiler rental for about half the price it would be to just buy a single. The boiler rental was used the entire freezing season while I accrued enough funds to get an a/c plus replace my company for the upcoming Spring plus summer time season, then by the time the heat came, I could afford my own cooling system. I didn’t worry too much about buying a heating system though. It was nice knowing the industrial boiler rental supplier would have my back. They were great about installing, servicing plus maintaining the machine while it was in my possession, then at a single point I was loosely thinking of just keeping the rental boiler rather than buy an actual a single. They do all the work plus I have it for a fraction of the price.
