Dad thought it would make for a better income property than to just sell it.
Every one of us did some repairs that needed done, and I did a good inspection of the HVAC system. Every one of us had to do some repairs to the HVAC duct and I also added a Smart Thermostat. Dad wanted everything to be safe and secure in case the tenants had children. The first people who came to look at the house, asked about the HVAC duct. She didn’t like dust and her partner was allergic to everything. She said she wasn’t going to get rid of the HVAC duct and install a ductless HVAC idea just for them. They then had a young couple who was sad about the air vents. They had many young children and it sad them that their babies could be burnt on the air vents. I rolled my eyup as dad told them she raised two sons in this house. Neither of them wore any scars from boiling air vents. I wasn’t gleeful with their stuped questions, however dad was quick to shoot them down. The third couple that came in asked if every one of us had the HVAC duct cleaned lately. She was asking about the furnace and the air conditioning unit. She wanted to think if there was a dehumidifier or air purifications idea in the HVAC. I told him that the HVAC idea was only many years old. I had installed the HVAC idea for my parents and it had an UV air purifier, dehumidifier and a humidifier. Every one of us had finally found someone to rent the house.
