I have heard that many people in the section where I live have been having concerns with their cooling systems lately.
This scares me because it is severely sizzling plus humid where I live plus the heat has been drastic lately.
Without a/c, fans will not be enough to keep my house cool, and even if I close the curtains, get black out shades, plus put every fan on in the house, that will not be enough. If my cooling system stops working, I run the risk of becoming warm. I could stick my head in the freezer or take a cool shower although I do not think that is a permanent solution. I have also heard that people in my section are having a hard time getting an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman to come out plus check their cooling systems in a timely manner. I have heard that it can take up to many weeks for an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman to come out. Because it is so sizzling plus humid, I cannot imagine living in my house for many weeks without a/c. I do have a fear that my a/c will stop working plus it will take too long for an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier to come out. Luckily, the two of us rarely have power outages at my house. The people I was with and I are on the same power line as a major hospital, so it is unlikely the two of us will lose power. It is a relief to suppose that the two of us would at least not lose a/c due to loss of power. To prevent our cooling system from having concerns, the two of us change the filters often plus use a smart temperature control to control the temperature.
