Finding the right commercial HVAC system after opening our store

After years of working for other people, my fiance and I had the urge to set up our eating establishment, we both had the dream, however it became more appealing once we got together.

Setting it up was expensive since we needed the right equipment, but it was better to invest in it now and to make plans for our future later. Another part of the restaurant the two of us had to consider was correct air ventilation, the location was in the city with stricter rules about the type of AC to set up. After much research, we decided to start seeking Heating and A/C vendors selling the right commercial cooling systems for the restaurant. Both of us got leads to a few and visited them to find out what Heating and A/C units they had on offer. We were located in a smaller commercial building, so we decided to install the rooftop units. It was the right size and design for the structure and would keep us comfortable. I talked to some other eating establishment owners, and they recommended it. The rooftop Heating and A/C device was an all-in-one cooling and gas furnace that we could use in summer time and winter. It came with a smart thermostat with remote control, however we could also operate using an app. I was delighted with the commercial cooling device we purchased for our first fast food restaurant, then commercial Heating and A/C upgrade took time because there was lots of HVAC ductwork to be done. But, the Heating and A/C supplier was professional and offered us a discount on a maintenance plan. We would get AC servicing for a few years then start making payments after that, then once the rooftop units were done, the restaurant was ready to open.
