Finding the right running shoe is not easy

For working out I strictly run.

I will change up the way I run and the distance, but other than that, no variation. Some days I will go on physco long runs with a camel pack so I don’t run out of water. The goal is long distances and long strides. Other days I go to the local track at the school. I do sprints around the track to get my speed going. On colder days I run indoors and I play with the incline feature on my treadmill. A guarantee no matter what is that I will wear running shoes for every type of run. I have one pair that I change out yearly. When it is time to change out my shoes with new ones, it is a big deal. Finding the right pair of running shoes is not easy. Typically my size and style of shoe is discontinued after a year. So the hunt begins with finding a new shoe. I have a buddy who is a certified fitness expert. He works at the local personal training center in town. Every year I try to get him to help me pick out new footwear. I feel athletic apparel falls under his domain. He should know the right type of shoe for working out. He knows athletic drills, health plans and proper stretching. I bet he does have an idea on the right fotoware. Every year he resists me though. I have to then go into the store with no knowledge and trust the part time employees advice. I usually end up buying multiple pairs.
