Fixer upper temperature control

I bought a home that I am in the process of fixing up. There is labor to do inside & some to do outside, and right now it is the middle of summer, so working inside has taken kind of a backseat… I need to unattach tons of shrubs, mow the lawn & edge around the woods, then with the hot & cold temperatures being in the 90s & humidity at an all time high, being outdoors is horrible. I officially make myself labor around an minute in the sweltering heat & reward myself with inside labor in the cooling system. I have spoiled myself & got my cooling system a tune up. The A/C works & then some. I have the control unit set as low as 65 degrees… On super hot afternoons, it is nice walking in & out the house. I walk outside to instantly sweat & then back indoors to quality cooling. The labor I do indoors is quite terrible too. I am bending, twisting & squatting for minutes on end. I also scrap, paint & mud ceilings for minutes too. The sweat just pours down my face & body even with the AC. I am almost looking forward to the weather turning cold. I won’t have such a hefty HVAC bill anymore, then my proposal is to do mostly outdoor labor in the cold. When I go indoors, the labor is still physical. I bet with my body heat & always moving, I will not need to operate the heater, but due to this, I guess I will wait to have the heating component worked on. I can wait until everything is moved in & finish with a HVAC appointment for my system.
