He said that the HVAC equipment is severely low cost to operate, however there happens to be a catch. The start-up cost to install the equipment is not cheap in the least. The geothermal heat pump has to be installed in your property & numerous feet away from your property beneath the ground… Once you get the Air Temperature Control equipment taken care of, everything is straightforward. The cost of getting started with geothermal heat pumps is going to be expensive though.
