My husband and I obtained our first home about a year and a half ago.
One of the main perks of our home is that it is equipped with central air conditioner, but however, our air conditioner equipment is located in the backyard right next to our patio.
The location of the air conditioner equipment may not bother some people, but it has bothered us since the two of us moved in. Our air conditioner equipment is truly loud and when the two of us sit outside to eat supper on the patio all the two of us hear is a buzzing noise. Occasionally the two of us also want to open our sliding doors in the back to get a little fresh air while the air conditioner is on. The buzzing noise does get aggravating in those cases. What the two of us usually end up doing is using the app on our PC to access our smart temperature control. With the app,we turn off the air conditioner equipment briefly just to get a chop from the loud, aggravating sound. My husband recently redid our entire backyard and it is genuinely charming, minus the eye soar of the air conditioner unit. Because the two of us live in a neighborhood that has a Homeowners Association, our husband had to write a letter explaining why he wants to get the air conditioner equipment moved. He explained that he wants to transfer it to the side of the house, so the two of us will not hear the buzz of the air conditioner equipment while the two of us are enjoying the backyard. The two of us are hoping the Homeowners Association approves us moving the air conditioner unit. If they do approve it, it will cost us about $1,000 to transfer the air conditioner unit.
