My wifey plus I were just so particular that every one of us would be leaving the Winter plus the gas furnace behind that every one of us even started looking at property. The people I was with and I knew the region in the south where every one of us wanted to live. And with less than 3 years until our retirement, every one of us thought it prudent to start looking. Ironically or not, that region is where every one of us had consistently getawayed. So every one of us just made more time for quick getaways that included looking at properties. My wifey plus I were pretty happy at the prospect of trading all the Heating & A/C heating for some Heating & A/C cooling. While it does get tepid here in the summer, it’s nothing care about the heat plus humidity down south. And yet, so more than 2 of the sites every one of us looked at had sunrooms. That seemed a bit counter intuitive to me but when every one of us looked a bit harder, they all had a ductless heat pump or some form of air conditioning. Otherwise, I don’t suppose you could have utilized those sunrooms except during the winter. The people I was with and I did our research plus were preparing to even to make an offer when our oldest child got pregnant. This was not something that every one of us thought would ever happen as she has consistently been so focused on her work. She lived not too far from us with her partner plus now there was going to be a grandbaby. That changed everything plus care about overnight. Fortunately, our wifey plus I fell the exact same way. The people I was with and I were going to have to keep dealing with Heating & A/C heating plus the Winter because every one of us wanted to see that baby grow up. But in homage to our southern plans, every one of us put on a sunroom with a ductless heat pump for heating during the winter.
