A little over two years ago when our partner & I moved into our current lake house both of us knew that there were going to be some things that both of us needed to change about it; It had a great look to it & both of us got it at a very low price considering its size, but with this low price came tons of problems inside… Over these two years both of us have had to put our blood sweat & tears into this beach house & the strenuous work has paid off.
One of the first investments that both of us made into this lake house was installing a state of the art air conditioner unit with a built in UV air purifier, but the two of us had heard from more than 2 friends who also have experience in flipping houses that improving the air quality in a lake house is the key to making it start to feel love your own, but my wifey & I have discussed this multiple times, & this Heating, Ventilation, & A/C purchase is separate from a doubt the best thing both of us have done to improve this home.
The air quality in this beach house has gone from below average to fantastic, & both of us no longer are forced to reach out to the local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C companies each time our old air conditioning system unit broke down on us, then considering how loud & bulky the old Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system seemed before both of us made the beach house feel love our own both of us particularly feel proud not only for being able to replace the unit on our own, but being able to say that both of us turned this old lake house into a tploy beauty as well.
