Happy for heating and air service

One of the worst parts about owning a house is people finding your address, then sending you useless junk mail, then I can’t fathom how these people find my buying patterns, then acquire my house address, but it’s creepy.

Not only is it really creepy, it’s not economically sustainable! At least half of the mail in my mailbox is pure junk.

It gets one glance before it’s tossed right back into the trash. Fortunately, I recycle the paper, but not everybody does. About once a month, I’ll acquire an advertisement that’s legitimately informative and even useful to me. As an example, last week, I received a flyer for the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business. I’ve been doing business with them for three years, so I almost always welcome their reminders plus coupons in my mailbox. The flyer was all about 5 reasons homeowners should have their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C systems inspected. The first reason was because it would help the system last longer. A second reason stated that annual maintenance could prevent larger concerns from popping up. A third reason was because the whole Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system would run more efficiently. A fourth reason was about an improvement in air quality. Last but not least, a fifth reason stated that Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance would assist the warranty. I agreed with all of these Heating, Ventilation, and A/C servicing benefits, plus I was thankful they sent it. The flyer acted as a reminder that it was time to have my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system inspected. This Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business can continue to send me more reminders in the mail!
