Around the time that my nephew told myself and others that she wanted to become an Heating plus Air Conditioning worker, I thought she was joking at the start, I knew she was dead serious though when I saw the look in her eye.
The thing is, she has always been socially awkward & she was always a genuinely shy kid.
I was telling him that if she actually wanted to get into this lane of work, she had to have a little charisma & actually communicate with the people she was working with. I explained that to be successful in this genre of business, communication is key. I later practiced interviewing with him asking him several questions while she was attending an Heating plus Air Conditioning trade university. I was so happy because she was doing better & better as she practiced, however by the time she earned her Heating plus Air Conditioning certification, I was actually proud of him. Both of us had practiced with her social skills & interviewing so much, she actually was hired after her very first interview with a local Heating plus Air Conditioning company that was highly reputable. It’s funny because the boss at the Heating and Air Conditioning company said she needed more outgoing & gifted Heating and Air Conditioning workers like my nephew. It actually goes to show that if you want something poor enough, you can make it happen if you put the work in, my cousin thanks myself and others all the time for helping him out & believing in him. I always tell him that it was in him all along, she only needed a little push, then now, he’s a genuinely gifted Heating and Air Conditioning worker & she even has an elegant bestie who she plans on asking to marry him.
