At my job, people have been arguing over the temperature control settings forever it seems, and then eventually it was getting out of control & the boss told every single person not to mess with the temperature control settings any longer, and even though he said this, it seemed that nobody listened because they continued to change up the temperature control settings… Finally, the boss decided to have a smart control unit put into the office which had a passcode so that nobody could change the temperature control settings for much longer.
This was now working okay for a period of time, however I used to have a neighbor who happened to be a little bit of a hacker. He managed to hack the passcode & then he was decreasing up the temperature control settings again; When the boss l learned all about what was happening, he was absolutely furious. He monitored everybody in the job carefully and ended up learning that my neighbor was the dude who hacked the smart control unit. He ended up getting fired & the boss said he was lucky that there were no crucial charges for him breaking into his climate control system… I felt love wasn’t absolutely that crucial of an issue, but our acquaintance was let go and he had to find a current job as soon as possible. He has a family to take care of & I thought it was crazy how he lost his job. I suppose our acquaintance thought it wasn’t a large issue either since everybody used to fight over the temperature control settings in the job officially. I suppose everybody is going to have to be more careful about what they do at work moving forward.
