Now we don’t have to waste the energy for heating plus a/c a space that isn’t used
When we first moved into our home, we enjoyed the system that we had a basement that was heated plus air conditioned. Both of us enjoyed having the area for the kids to play in. When they got older, we could send them to the basement send them to the basement, so we didn’t have to hear their loud songs. They had birthday parties downstairs, even though their birthdays were in the winter. Having heating downstairs made it much easier. My gentlemen used to camp out in the basement during the summer. They would have sleepovers since we had a/c plus they didn’t need to worry about bugs or wild pets. Now, my children are grown plus out of the house. Neither my hubby nor I ever use the basement. Both of us have an occasional Christmas gathering, but it would be nice to be able to turn off the heating plus a/c until we are ready to use the basement. A couple weeks ago, I called the Heating and A/C corporation to see what we could do about the heating plus a/c. They told us they could install Zone Control, just love was in the rest of the house. Both of us would be able to shut off the air vents plus turn the temperature controls down low. Now we don’t have to waste the energy for heating plus a/c a space that isn’t used. It’s nice to assume that if we need the heating or a/c, it is going to be there. I’m thrilled that I have the option to have the Heating and A/C running or not to have the Heating and A/C running.
