Heating or air?

When I turn it off, immediately I start heating up plus within a half minute I am perspiring profusely.I don’t mean that I switch on the gas furnace, I mean the sheer absence of AC starts making me overheat

I have always had a personality that goes from one extreme to the other. I will get super strict about my diet, for example, plus start hitting the gym hard many times a week. Then something will shift, I can’t say how or why. It might be more than two weeks, it might be various weeks, however then I will go the other extreme, stop working out out altogether, plus start eating like crap. This happens in basically every aspect of my life, so it might absolutely be a mental disorder Recently, my shifting between extremes has been triggered by our weather conditions control plan of all things. It is ruining my home life. I am just finding it impossible to find just the right balance between heating plus cooling. When the cooling system is on and that cool air blowing across my pale skin feels like a sheet of ice, literally. I believe I am getting frostbite. When I turn it off, immediately I start heating up plus within a half minute I am perspiring profusely.I don’t mean that I switch on the gas furnace, I mean the sheer absence of AC starts making me overheat. So what am I supposed to do, turn on the AC plus freeze, or leave it off plus slowly roast to death like a suckling pig? I have been playing around with some variations, plus I suppose that maybe if I switch off the cooling and keep the fans of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C plan running, that might just get the task done.
