He said that by the time he came back to do this year’s inspections, we could entirely count on needing to purchase a new furnace.

He showed us the cost of the furnace plus replacement, plus they could have it installed within a week. I couldn’t know how easy it was to make the purchase. Both of us didn’t even need to go away from the house, plus it cost much less than we had thought it would.
