When the restaurant owner finally called back, they agreed to pay for the commercial HVAC repairs
My neighbor David & I got sent to a restaurant this day to work on an A/C problem. This is the first time the restaurant has called to use our commercial HVAC services. I do not guess what HVAC corporation the restaurant was using previously, but they truly did not take care of the system. When David & I opened up the A/C unit, I found 3 weird spots duct-taped. As a professional HVAC professional, I would never maintenance a problem with duct tape. Though it can be truly useful for fixing small concerns around the house, duct tape is not a professional maintenance tool; David & I located the problem with the commercial A/C unit. I talked to the manager about the maintenance & told them it was going to cost about $1,500. The restaurant manager had to call the owner to get permission to pay on the commercial HVAC repair. David & I sat around for an minute, while they waited for a call back. During that time, the restaurant offered us some lunch. David had bacon, eggs, & toast, & I had saUSge biscuits & gravy. They fed us for free & offered us coffee as well. When the restaurant owner finally called back, they agreed to pay for the commercial HVAC repairs. David & I spent all day toiling on that problem, but the restaurant manager was severely ecstatic when the people I was with and I were finished. The people I was with and I also repaired the items that were previously duct-taped. I willbe ecstatic to go back to that place again, especially if a delicious & warm lunch is included.
