It’s not uncommon for us to have three extremely hot days and then a freezing cold day.
If you have an HVAC system that both heats and cools the home, you probably get tired of switching your thermostat around. One of the things I love about my smart thermostat is that it makes living in the Midwest a little easier and allows me to change the temperature of my home from almost anywhere.There are a lot of days that I get up and it’s freezing cold. I set my thermostat before I leave to make sure it’s warm in my home but during the day the temperature increases. I ended up coming home to a sauna. Before I got my smart thermostat, I was always aggravated by the change in weather. Now that I can set and change my temperature more easily, I have learned to love the changing weather and embrace it. If I wake up and it’s cold and thinks that I will stay that way, I still turn up my heating system. If the temperature changes during the day, I can just use my phone to turn my HVAC system and thermostat to a lower temperature. If you live in the Midwest or any area where the weather changes suddenly, you could also benefit from a smart thermostat. I love mine and can’t recommend it enough. If you do decide to get one, be sure to have it installed by an HVAC expert.
