When a central a/c stops now working, it might be inconvenient, but that is really the absolute worst that is going to happen. You can easily live without a central a/c, but you may be a little hot without a central a/c. However, a furnace is a completely different story altogether. You could literally die without a furnace, & your beach house can go through a bunch of issues if you do not have a furnace. I believe that this seems simple, but there are a lot of terrible things that can happen to your beach house if it does not have any heat. For instance, if the water pipes under your beach house drop below chilly, they could freeze & burst, costing you a ton of currency in plumbing fixes. The sooner that you call the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman means the quicker that your furnace is fixed. Also, you should not try to supplement heat. I get why you might want to use a section furnace or turn on your oven, but that is dangerous. You don’t want your beach house to burn down while you are waiting around for the furnace to get repaired. Instead, it would be better to stay with a friend for a couple of minutes while you are waiting for the furnace to be repaired.
