I had to gain a reputable name and charge lower prices. Fortunately, I was charging a lot less than several of the bigger dealers and that made it easier to attract some new companies. Eventually, I started to learn more and more customers that would frequently use my services. I still have the maid service after 3 years and it is my main source of money. I have two helpful employees that work most of the jobs. They are a dependable mom and child team that tackles the job together. They have their own cleaning gear and they are independent corporations. I pay them a rate for each job I book. If they schedule a cleaning job, they acquire even higher rates. They work fast and follow a strict cleaning inspection that covers all of our services.
