With new animals coming, we needed to prepare the barn adequately.
During winter, we had to prepare for the cold season.
We had stacked up hay and brought other animal and poultry feed. The only thing remaining was to partition the new barn and for the HVAC technician to install a smart HVAC, which was very energy efficient according to the HVAC technician. We also wanted to add a whole-home air purification unit to enhance the indoor air quality in the farmhouse and maintenance in the HVAC equipment. Preparations for winter always seemed like a never-ending list of things to do. We also needed an extra air filter to re-insulate the old barn because losing heat during winter will result in very high energy bills at the end of the month. I love spring compared to the other seasons; the smell of morning air after a drizzle, reading a book on a rainy afternoon. It is also when we call for home service from the local HVAC company to avoid emergencies during winter and summer. The air purification system for the main house was always well maintained. The new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installed in the new barn would have state-of-the-art air purification help so that the animals would be comfortable. Their comfort meant more products from them, resulting in a profit. Air purification is crucial not only for human beings but also for animals. The other that the HVAC professional needed to improve air quality was duct cleaning. There was a lot to do, but we were confident that we would do it on time.
