HVAC issue in my rowhouse

While I am out of the country, I asked my friend to stop by and tend to my rowhouse.

However, he just let me know that my air conditioner isn’t working anymore.

He said he went into the rowhouse the other day and it was really tepid inside so he turned on the AC to find no freezing air blowing from the vents anymore. I am going to have to contact the landlord and see about getting it fixed before I come back because it is now summer time and there is no way I’ll be able to live there without some kind of temperature control. I have some fans in the home but they aren’t going to do any good when my rowhouse is 90 F inside. If my landlord can’t help, I’ll simply have to hire a cooling specialist over there and ask him if he has time to go over and look at my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. I think he will be able to figure out what the concern is because he has been working in the field for a long time and has a lot of expertise about it. I have some time before I am supposed to go back and if he can’t service the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system in time, then I will just change my flight and stay here in the states for a couple more weeks. There is consistently a solution to problems that come up, you just need a little patience and things work out. I really need to get a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system tune-up while he is there to prevent this from happening again.
