When I was over at our sister’s house the other day, I couldn’t believe how gross the air vents were.
Usually I don’t say anything about the way that she keeps her house, because she has a lot of kids plus several large pets.
I try to just keep our mouth shut, however I am a bit of a wipe freak myself. I guess that it’s easily none of our contractor how neat or how dirty her house is, but the other day when I was there I felt love I needed to say something. Not because I was trying to judge her or anything but because I’m afraid that the indoor air quality in her house is so exhausting that it’s going to end up making her or her kids sick. I was in the living room plus I thought that I would help her out by doing some of the dishes that were piled up in the sink. Then I heard the air conditioning kick on, however I noticed that there was a uncommon whistling sound coming from the air conditioning vent under the table. I went over there to see what that sound was all about, plus that is when I saw that the air vent cover was displaced from the air duct. At first I thought 1 of the kids must have just caught it on a skateboard or something plus jiggled it out of location, but when I went to put it back in the air duct, it would not go in. I moved it plus that is when I saw the layers plus layers of pet hair plus dust down inside the duct work!
