Around the time that my younger nephew told himself and others that he wanted to become a Heating & A/C specialist, I thought he was joking at first! I knew he was dead serious though when I could see the look in his eye, and the thing is, he has consistently been socially awkward & he was consistently a very shy kid.
- I was telling him that if he wanted to get into this style of work, he had to have a little charisma and easily communicate with the people he was now working with.
I explained that to be successful in this style of business, communication is key. I very practically interviewed him, asking him numerous questions while he was attending a Heating & A/C trade school. I was glad due to the fact that he was doing better & better as he practiced. By the time he earned his Heating & A/C certification, I was entirely proud of him. We had practiced with his social skills & interviewing so much, he also was hired after his very first interview with a local Heating & A/C company that was highly reputable. It’s funny because the boss at the Heating & A/C company said he needed more outgoing & gifted Heating & A/C specialists love our nephew. It entirely goes to show that if you want something terrible as was, you can make it happen if you put the job in, however my nephew thanks myself and others all the time for helping him out & believing in him. I consistently tell him that it was in him all along, he just needed a little push, however now, he’s a very gifted Heating & A/C specialist & he even has a pleasing husband who he plans on asking to spend life with him.
