When the Heating, Ventilation and A/C sales representative told myself and others that it was going to take all day to install the up-to-date equipment, I did not possibly guess it was absolutely going to take all day! After all, the sales representative told myself and others that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C shop serviceman would start on the project at 8:00 in the afternoon; It did not seem like there was enough unit to take all day to install, especially when two women arrived in the afternoon, then one woman started working on removing the outdoor unit while another woman started working on removing the indoor equipment. It absolutely took a little bit longer than I expected; Lunch time rolled around and the women hadn’t even started with the upgrade section of the project. I was supposed to meet some friends for dinner at 6:00, but there was no way those Heating, Ventilation and A/C servicemans were going to be done. At 4:00 p.m. I asked for an replace and they said it was still going to be a couple of hours. It looked like it was still going to be a couple of hours too. I called our friends and canceled plans. I called our number one diner to see if I could get delivery, they were closed down because they were having problems with their heating and cooling plan. I was doomed not to love any great dinner that night! By the time the women finished up with the upgrade task, almost all the people of the diners were closed down. I ended up putting a frozen pizza with pepperoni and ham in the oven.
