Never leave an air conditioner service for when you come home. I made that mistake about a week ago. I was leaving for a week long business trip plus everything went wrong that day. I forgot to set my alarm, ran out of Starbucks Latte plus then the A/C plan clicked off. I could not get the cooling plan to turn back on plus I just decided to leave it. I told myself that once I arrived at the hotel I should call an air conditioner business. I could have someone babysit the Heating plus Air Conditioning business while I get the cooling service done. That way I come beach house to no problems plus nice air conditioner. Well I forgot plus went a whole week leaving the beach house uncooled. When I returned I right away remembered that I had no AC. The beach house was hot, stuffy plus had a different smell to it. Since my section is so tepid plus moist naturally, it leaked into my home. I had mold growth all over the place. There was mold in the toilet, shower plus sink! Mold formed in my corners plus along the air vents in my home. It was disgusting. This was due to the A/C not keeping the moisture out of the beach house plus allowing mold to form due to how tepid it was. I had to call an air conditioner business that day however could not get an appointment until a week later. I cleaned plus then was on mold patrol the whole time. Also I had to suffer with no A/C in the 100 degree weather for a week. It was brutal.
