After inspecting our furnace for a while, the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman provided myself and others a quote, and I realized that it was pretty affordable. However, while I was gone, the Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman found another major problem, and he began fixing it without asking me. However, I know that I did not clarify that, and it is only right that I pay for the repair.
