I don’t think air conditionings mounted into garages are efficient enough

I have had a questionable experience moving to the south.

I’m ecstatic to get out of a fast moving metropolitan city, but I wasn’t expecting to live in a swamp in my new rural home. I hate having to worry about snakes as well as alligators all of the time, let alone the large amount of bugs in the air. When raccoons started getting into my garbage cans every evening, I had to figure out a way to bungee-cord the lids shut. The people I was with and I also have a major concern with wolf spiders, which I find outside near the perimeter of my house. The worst part is seeing them in the condo at evening when they find their way in through tiny cracks in the building. I just wish I could find a condo somewhere closer to civilization. I’m entirely upset with this swamp condo for more reasons than the ecoplan here. I get entirely terrible air conditioning efficiency here. All of the houses built in this city have their air handlers mounted to the ceiling in the garage. Since the garage isn’t insulated, the air handler gets a lot hotter than it would if it was inside like an house or condo. The air handler is the portion of the Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan that cools your air, which means making this part of your air conditioning plan warm is constantly going to limit the system’s performance. I wish I could move the air handler to a new location, but retro-fitting a new air conditioning to a strange location in the condo isn’t as straightforward as it might sound. I absolutely well might lack the funds to do the project at all.
