Right now, everyone in my family is working from home.
- My spouse uses the spare bedroom as his office.
He needs absolute & total silence & an environment that is not filled with chaos. I work when I want to work & I make my own schedule, so I don’t have to worry so much about my schedule. Both my child & my child have been residing at condo since the start of the quarantine. They both work from condo in the medical transcription industry. During the morning when all of us are online, the internet can be slow. Sometimes I like to work in the garage, because that is where the signal is the best. Our router is located in the garage & the antenna is there as well, not many of mornings after I started working in the garage, I started hearing a sound that was coming from the air conditioner. The sound didn’t bother me at first, but it got louder & louder as the mornings went by. Eventually I turned off my iPad & the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit, so I could inspect the noise. I saw a piece of metal that looked like it could be the reason for the sound. I took a piece of tape & I wrapped it around the piece of metal inside of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit. I really didn’t suppose if the metal was crucial or not, but it didn’t look like I would cause any harm by wrapping it with tape. I put the component back together & the sound is still there, but it’s much less noisy.
