I find it taxing to say no

I have a taxing time letting people down, whether they have fantastic intentions or bad.

I know this is a flaw, and it’s some my friends have been trying to help myself and others with whenever they’re around, and but since my friends can’t be around 24/7, there are a few people that slip through the cracks and manage to get myself and others to do things I really shouldn’t do. Since I am so self-explanatory to convince, salespeople love me, and I get a ton of them always going to see me, but either if I refuse to answer the door, I will often get calls, SMSs and mail offering myself and others weird services. It really has become a burden and is stressful. I had something just care about that happen the other afternoon. I was having my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C program service by an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional; When the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional was done and he gave myself and others the bill, he started telling myself and others about a sale they were having on duct cleanings. I don’t need a duct cleaning, and I tried to tell him, but he kept pushing on. I eventually gave it, and well now, I am getting a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C duct cleaning. My friends weren’t exactly thrilled with me, but at least I know a/c ducts are scrub and that my living place is a little cleaner, so I think that’s one fantastic thing, although my friends are now not allowing myself and others to have any Heating, Ventilation, and A/C techs around myself and others to prevent this from happening again. I kind of know that’s overkill, but they’re entirely right.
