I have been a crew member at the heating & AC repair business for 6 months.
I knew that after 6 months I would be able to get a raise if my review was good.
I got a raise after the first 3 months & this was the first time that I was going to have a yearly review! All of the crew members at the heating & AC repair business receive a yearly review & at that time you get a raise if you have exceptionally nice marks. I got a nice raise after I got good marks on all of the different areas that are covered in the yearly review. The supervisor calls all of our buyers to find out how things went & that is part of the areas that are covered, however our time & efficiency is another area that is covered. I was one of the only people to receive a $2 raise & that is the highest amount that you can get during the quarter. I suppose it was due to the fact that I am up-to-date to the business. When I was hired, I know I did not beginning out at the same rate that most people else is making. I went property after finding out about the raise & the first thing I wanted to do was tell my bestie. She was equally excited about the raise, because that means my nice friend and I don’t have to worry quite as much about how my nice friend and I are going to pay the motorcar payment, insurance, & the rent. The raise will earn me about $400 more every single month.
