I am a single guy with a great job, i spend most of our time away from home because I drive a semi-truck for a hauling supplier, thankfully, this means that I have the cheapest bills you can ever imagine. I hardly ever use electricity, plus I only use our oil furnace enough in the Winter time to keep the house from cold… However, there is a setback to being away from our house so often; When I come home from work, our house is never up to a proper temperature. When I come home in the winter, our house is consistently cold cold. It will be in the fifties, plus it takes forever for our oil furnace to moderate up the house. When I leave, it drops back down again, plus it is a vicious cycle of discomfort. During the summer, our house is consistently super sizzling plus muggy, plus I never leave the cooling system on. Though the cooling system cools the room down suddenly, it doesn’t eradicate the discomfort I think at first. This is why I obtained a smart control unit. With a smart control unit, I am able to program our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C component to be at the proper level whenever I return, and a few hours before I come home, I hop on our iPhone plus adjust our control unit. Then, for a few hours, our house is heating or cooling itself to a comfortable temperature. When I arrive home, it is still comfortable. Best yet, it hasn’t affected the price of our bills greatly, because I keep our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C units off while I am away still.
