I had a few thoughts on that decision

I own a rental house home in addition to our 1 renter drives myself and others insane; Kathy rents the first floor of the home in addition to is always calling myself and others for things… I get called for leaky sinks, air conditioner low on refrigerant in addition to about the other renters… She had gotten poor enough where I stopped taking her calls, when I finally decided to listen to the messages I felt bad, but it was a proper girl who cried wolf situation. She was calling about bees in the air ducts. I figured 1 bee was really buzzing around in addition to scaring her. I took our time getting back to her in addition to I armed myself with a can of bee spray. When I arrived to her house I could hear the bees, and turns out she had a swarm of bees that had a hive in the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning duct. She could not run her Heating in addition to Air Conditioning unit or evenly safely get in her apartment. I don’t even guess how she was getting in in addition to out of the apartment. I called an exterminator right away. I then had to get a Heating in addition to Air Conditioning contractor over to do ductlabor cleaning. Since bees have moisture in their bodies, they could really ruin our metal Heating in addition to Air Conditioning ducts. I had to get the exterminator to kill them, in addition to the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning professional to clear away all the evidence. It was a very extravagant appointment that could have been avoided if I listened to Kathy when she first called me, how was I supposed to guess that it was really a giant issue though?
