The lady worked for an Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C contracting corporation for several years. That candidate happened to be a woman. I cannot say that I’m not happy to finally have a diversified employee list, however the women are legitimately unhappy with our selection; One of the women wanted myself and others to hire her buddy, however the girl didn’t have enough experience with heating repairs to qualify for the task. I think that girl is the reason why most people is up in arms; My staff has constantly known that the most pressing quality that a candidate can possess is an impressive resume. I don’t suppose why they are surprised that I scooped up the first lady with experience that showed interest in joining our firm. I suppose that the attitude in the shop better change or I will be looking to fill a couple of additional Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C service lady positions. I don’t want to get rid of our staff, but I will make changes if I don’t get cooperation.
