He always took great care of all of us kids and our mother.
He actually ran a very successful HVAC company, and he was one of the best HVAC technicians I’ve ever seen. I’ve met a lot of HVAC technicians in his company, and he always wanted me to get into the HVAC industry as well. Well, eventually he died in a motorcycle accident, and this was probably the most difficult time in my entire life. He was way too young to die, and our family was a mess for a long while. We had no choice but to cope with the situation. He actually left a will though, and he left his HVAC business to our mother, and he wanted me to take over the business when I earned my HVAC certification. I always wanted to get into the business, but I didn’t know if I could handle it at a young age. I decided that for him, I wanted to make him proud. I worked really hard studying all about heating and cooling technology and remembered everything he ever taught me. My mother did really well running things until I finally was able to achieve my HVAC certification. She was happy to help me start running the business and showed me all the ins and outs. Everybody had a lot of respect for my father, and me as well. I actually already knew a lot of the old time workers in the business, and they are truly great people. Now I am working hard to make it the best HVAC business in the region, and I even have plans on expanding the business.
