One of the best habits I have created for myself is eating a salad every single afternoon.
The best way to do this is to make a big salad in addition to store it in a tupperware container, that way you have to eat it within a few days or all of your time in addition to energy spent making it will be tossed in the garbage can.
It puts a little bit of pressure on myself and others to eat it before it goes bad. I also make a smoothie for dinner. It’s undoubtedly straight-forward; kefir, frozen mixed berries, in addition to walnuts. You should try it. I thaw the berries in front of our gas furnace for about 45 minutes in addition to blend them up with a handful of walnuts in addition to a bottle of milk kefir. I prefer kefir more than yogurt because it has more probiotics in addition to bacteria strains in it. My HVAC professional neighbor Billy turned myself and others on to the smoothies years ago when I told him how fatigued I was of juicing every afternoon. Juicing is wonderful for you however there is so much waste in addition to you don’t get any of the fiber that smoothies offer. I am going to have Billy come over a single afternoon soon in addition to do an HVAC tuneup for me. He owes myself and others a single after saving his cat from drowning a single afternoon in the sea.
