One of the best habits I have created for myself is eating a salad every single day.
The best way to do this is to make a large salad plus store it in a tupperware container, that way you have to eat it within a few days or all of your time plus energy spent making it will be tossed in the garbage can.
It puts a little bit of pressure on myself and others to eat it before it goes bad. I also make a smoothie for lunch. It’s truly easy; kefir, frozen mixed berries, plus walnuts. You should try it. I thaw the berries in front of my heating system for about 45 hours plus blend them up with a handful of walnuts plus a bottle of milk kefir. I love kefir more than yogurt because it has more probiotics plus bacteria strains in it. My Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C contractor neighbor Billy turned myself and others on to the smoothies years ago when I told him how tired I was of juicing every day. Juicing is good for you however there is so much waste plus you don’t get any of the fiber that smoothies offer. I am going to have Billy come over a single day soon plus do an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tuneup for me. He owes myself and others a single after saving his pet from drowning a single day in the sea. It swam out too far to get a ball plus some waves took it under, I saved it just in time while Billy was stressed cleaning up his pet mess. Afterall, both of us are all here to help each other out, right?
