For a long while, they were building new luxury apartments in our area.
My parents were hinting that it was about that time to move out of their household.
I took the hint and decided to go apply to live in one of these luxury apartments. I was surprised that the prices weren’t as costly as I expected. I was so happy when I was accepted to get one of the apartments! The place was absolutely wonderful! I was especially amazed with their climate control systems. They had radiant heated floors for the cold season. You didn’t even have to wait for the cold season to use the radiant heated floors though, you could use them whenever you felt a chill in the place or if you felt the tiles were too frosty on your feet. Of course, I made sure to test them right away and I was loving this heating system! They also had a really fancy air conditioning system that included rapid cooling technology. If I were hanging out on the porch for example and wanted to save money on the energy bill, I could turn off the cooling system. I could adjust the temperature control settings via the smart thermostat minutes before coming back inside the apartment, and the place would already be nice and cool! All the appliances in the place were modern and very nice. The set up was incredible and all my family and friends who came to visit were impressed. Even though I have this very fancy set up, my favorite thing still is the climate control system!
